    You can pick up your gift boxes at our MIO Warehouse (Elevator Coworking) or have them shipped straight to your team members—just send us the details, and we’ll handle the rest.
    Flat-Rate Shipping:
    • $9 – Within 0-500 miles of
      Omaha, NE
    • $12 – 501-1,000 miles
    • $15 – Over 1,000 miles
    Rates apply to standard packages. Oversized or heavy items may have additional fees.

    • What is your lead time?

      Lead time varies widely based on the quantity of gifts & our makers’ production times. Most gift orders take 2-4 weeks to complete and deliver, though we frequently work with short timelines!

    • How does shipping work?

      We make shipping simple! You can choose to send all your gifts at once or have them shipped on-demand based on your needs. We also handle shipments to multiple addresses. Just provide the details and we will take care of the rest.

      Our tiered shipping rates

      Tier 1: $9 Flat Rate Shipping to destinations within 0-500 miles of Omaha, NE

      Tier 2: $12 Flat Rate Shipping to destinations within 501-1,000 miles of Omaha, NE

      Tier 3: $15 Flat Rate Shipping to destinations over 1,000 miles from Omaha, NE

      Rates apply to standard-sized packages. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees.

    • Can I include company provided items?

      Already have branded items, such as drinkware or swag? We can add these items to your gift boxes for orders of 50 or more.

      (As always, it is FREE to include printed marketing materials in your gifts (e.g. business cards, inserts, client handbooks). Simply send them our way & we’ll incorporate them.

    • How do I place my order?

      Fill out our Inquiry Form to get started. Once approved, we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the first ship date. For convenience, many clients choose to pay the full invoice upfront.
