Bake Big Mama’s world famous Cornbread right at home.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
- Generously grease a 8″ cast iron skillet or baking pan
- Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into the skillet or baking pan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until gold brown
- To make vegan replace the following: Eggs with 1/4 cup of applesauce & instead of regular milk use oat or almond milk.
